Michael Le Baron

Author

Michael Le Baron is an American-Canadian writer of fantasy, science fiction, and horror.  He graduated from Clark University with a degree in Asian Studies.  Also a former student of philosopher Michel Serres, he is a technology lawyer with a background in criminal justice and a career that has also included contributions to marine science and teaching across the humanities. His work takes an apophatic approach to trauma, violence, the sacred, and cosmic horror, with a particular interest in how the mythic endures in the shifting terrains of memory, self, and the natural world. He has edited fiction and poetry compilations and lives in Berlin with his partner and three sons.
